Summer Days!

Today was the first time we had the opportunity to get the babies out in their little swimming pool. It's a pool that was used by my cousins, Philip and Jamie, as well as my 1st cousins children, Brandon, Caleb and Noah. It's so fun to now see my children in this pool that so many dear family members have enjoyed. Berkley absolutely loved the pool but Meredith was a bit more hesitant. She ended up enjoying pulling grass up and putting it in the water more than actually being in the water. She eventually crawled out and went on her own little adventures crawling around in the back yard. I'm so thankful that Steven only had to work half a day because I don't think I could've gotten them ready, out there and back in by myself. Steven and I were on a blanket beside the pool and said to each other, "Can you believe these are our babies in a little pool in the backyard of our house?" We've come so far from our first days together in high school and we don't want to take any of this for granted.
