Berkley and Meredith attended their first circus today. And as if that is not exciting enough, we got to share the experience with Grandma, Mima, Hutch and McKinley. And if that wasn't wonderful enough, it was McKinley's 8th birthday. Talk about a fun way to celebrate my beautiful niece! All the kids enjoyed it and I hope that it will be a fantastic family memory for many years to come. As you can see from the pictures, Meredith got her face painted like a butterfly, I was so proud of how well she sat for the face painter. After some coaxing, Berkley sat politely in my lap to have his face painted like batman but, before I could get a picture he smudged it all off. Berkley and Meredith had their first taste of cotton candy as well as a soft pretzel, they were big fans of both. I loved seeing Hutch and McKinley watch over and care for the twins so attentively. We had so much fun!!!
Berkley's face looks as if he has eyeliner on b/c of the face paint. I love how intent their stares are in both of these shots. They were in awe of everything!
Hutch and McKinley are riding this elephant. You can barely see Hutch and you can't see McKinley (sorry) I should've brought a better camera. Still a great memory though!
