The twins saw the ocean for the first time today. I was nervous that they might be scared of it, but it was the exact opposite. We walked them down to the shore and the water rushed around their little feet...they LOVED it! After that first feel of the water they both ran straight for the ocean. Berkley ended up playing with Steven at the shoreline and Meredith wanted to walk the beach, picking up sticks all along the way. I'm so proud of Meredith and Berkley for not being scared of the water. I think we've got some future beach bums on our hands.
Here's a sweet moment of Meredith with Uncle Joey. In case you're wondering, the bandages on my brothers hair are from where he had some skin cancer removed.

sweet Candi, i can NOT believe your babies are big enough to be RUNNING ON THE BEACH!!! i know i see them all the time, but it just seems unreal when i see them playing on the beach like little kids. your sweet children are growing :) love you!
