Today was Meredith and Berkley's first time in a big pool. I know, my children have had sheltered lives. It's mainly because I'm too chicken to try to take them to a pool by myself. Thankfully, I've had Steven's helping hands around this week, which has been a true blessing. Meredith and Berkley absolutely loved the water. Meredith actually put her face in the water numerous times. I tried to upload a video of it, but for some reason it was taking forever to upload. I'll try to add that later, but for now, enjoy these pictures of the twins escapades in the pool. Berkley and Meredith also tried out their new floats. I was afraid they'd be scared in the big pool because they couldn't touch, but again, they surprised me and loved it. I can see many more trips to the pool in our future and maybe even some swim lessons as soon as next summer.
Something else I've noticed today is how Meredith and Berkley are becoming playmates. Several times today they would run up to each other and just cackle in each other's face and/or play their own little version of hide and seek. It's precious to witness.
